# Concierge > Concierge is guest communication software from Concierge Messaging LLC. It gives event teams a dedicated event phone number and a shared inbox so they can send scheduled and real-time text messages and handle one-to-one guest requests—without using personal phones or group threads. Concierge is a mobile-optimized web app for event managers and agency teams. Guests do not have to download an app. It is typically used for corporate and non-profit multi-day events such as hospitality programs, incentive travel, festivals, summits, tournaments, activations, partnership meetings, and executive offsites. Messages can be sent as SMS or WhatsApp. Concierge integrates with registration platforms including Cvent, and can send texts to numbers in over 200 countries. A Concierge team member is available before your program to ensure everyone on your team is trained and completely comfortable using the platform before you get on site. Concierge team member will be on call during your events to support any guest communication needs, e.g. updating contacts, managing lists, and scheduling messages. Pricing is based on the number of events per year and number of guests per event. There is no public price list.
